During our time together we care for your newborn, provide infant sleep education and resources, clean and sterilize bottle and pump parts, and complete other baby-related household chores so that you can begin your morning feeling rested and with no to-do list.

  • Families need only provide whatever their child needs. Water, formula, breastmilk, bottles, a nasal aspirator, access to diapers, and whatever clothing or items you feel the baby needs. The caregiver may choose to rest while the baby sleeps. A horizontal sleep space in the same room as the baby or with a monitor is necessary.

  • Your caregiver will offer lactation support through your breastfeeding session to ensure nursing is off to a successful start. She will also be responsible for all care after the baby has been nursed. This includes changing, burping, diapering, and soothing back to sleep.

  • We will track feedings, sleep, and diaper changes. We will make notes of what worked well for your baby and what didn’t. We can send this via text, email, or write it down on paper.

If you have a tracking app you are using you can also add your caregiver to the app.

  • We recommend that you book after your 12th week of pregnancy, but as soon as you know you are interested in overnight care. If you have already given birth we cannot guarantee availability, but we still recommend reaching out.

  • Maybe your family is not as close or as available as you wanted, maybe you or your partner have to get back into the workforce soon, or the challenges are much more than you anticipated and you are overwhelmed. Let us be part of the solution!
